Kobe Trip 2022!!　／　神戸旅 2022 開催いたしました!!

On Saturday, July 30, we held a talk event with Mr. Yoshikazu Nakahama!
Mr. Nakahama is the great-grandson of Mr. John Manjiro. He has lectured on international exchange and support, and disaster prevention. The stories that have been passed down through four generations are truly “living history. It is completely different from the history we learn from textbooks. Mr. Nakahama carefully explained how the grand story of several hundred years has influenced the present day and built the society we live in today.

7月30日（土）、中浜さんによるトークイベントを開催しました！
中浜さんは、ジョン万次郎さんの曾孫にあたる方です。これまで国際交流・支援、防災について講演されてきました。四代にわたり語り継がれてきた話は、まさに「生の歴史」です。教科書などで学ぶ歴史とはまったく違います。数百年分の壮大なストーリーが、現代へどんな影響を及ぼし、私たちが住む社会を築いていったのかを、中浜さんは丁寧に説明してくださいました。

Mr. Nakahama is also working on a project to send letters from Japanese children to Ukrainian children.
He also showed us letters and drawings made by children. The messages contained full of warmth, cares and their honest feelings about wars.

また中浜さんは、日本の子供たちからウクライナの子供たちへ手紙を送るプロジェクトを進めています。
実際に子供たちが書いた手紙を見せていただきました。子供らしく、まっすぐで優しい表現にあふれた手紙でした。

We also went to Noevir stadium to watch the J1 League match between Vissel Kobe and Kashiwa Reysol. The stadium was filled with excitement and energy. I couldn’t help but wish that days like this would continue.

神戸旅では他にも、J1リーグ、ヴィッセル神戸 vs 柏レイソルの試合観戦もしてきました。スタジアムは熱気に包まれ、活気があふれてました。こんな日が続けばいいなと、思わずにはいられませんでした。
